My name is Lisa and I’m expecting my third child. Yoga has been my companion throughout my life and all three of my pregnancies.

I have experienced how it helps both body and mind find calm, balance, and strength during this special time.

Now I share this love through my prenatal yoga classes, where I guide expecting moms to feel secure and well on their own pregnancy journey.

Together, we create space for you to settle into your body, listen inwardly, and prepare for the arrival of your child.
